Coach Agreement

COACH AGREEMENT

1. INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL. I act as an independent professional. I am not an employee, agent, partner or representative of A.H. Mart. A.H. Mart only provides a platform that lets clients find and book coaches.

2. TRUE INFORMATION. Everything I submit, including my experience, qualifications, certificates and photo, is true and belongs to me. A.H. Mart may verify it, and may reject, suspend or remove my profile at any time, for example for false information, complaints or unprofessional behaviour.

3. SCOPE OF MY ADVICE. I will only advise within my real training and experience. I will not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I will ask clients about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy and medication, and I will tell them to see a doctor when needed.

4. SUPPLEMENTS, STEROIDS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES. I will not recommend, prescribe, sell or supply any prescription-only, controlled or illegal substance, including anabolic steroids and hormones, unless I am legally qualified and authorised to do so. If I recommend or prescribe any supplement, steroid, drug or other substance, or give any diet, training or health advice, I alone am fully responsible for it. If a client suffers any side effect, injury, illness, loss or other problem because of my advice, products or prescriptions, the responsibility is only mine and not A.H. Mart's.

5. INDEMNITY. I agree to protect and compensate A.H. Mart, its owners and staff against any claim, loss, cost or legal action that comes from my advice, recommendations, prescriptions, conduct or sessions.

6. LICENCES AND INSURANCE. I am responsible for holding any licence, registration or insurance that the law requires for the services I provide.

7. CONDUCT AND PRIVACY. I will be respectful and professional, attend booked sessions on time, keep client information confidential, and not make false or exaggerated claims about results. I will not ask clients to pay me outside the platform for sessions booked through it.

8. PAYMENTS. A.H. Mart keeps a platform fee from each paid session, as set at the time of booking. I am paid after I mark a session completed, through the withdrawal process. Approved refunds and valid complaints can reduce or cancel my earnings for that session. Promo-code earnings follow the percentage set by A.H. Mart and are cancelled if the order is refunded.

9. CHANGES. A.H. Mart may update this agreement. I may be asked to accept the new version before I continue to use my coach profile.
